Çoğu tasarımcı ya da sanatçı, kendini etkileyen bir iş gördüğünde, argo tabiriyle gaza gelip hemen birşeyler yapma isteği duyar. Bu içsel bir kıskanma ya da etkilenmenin sonucudur.

Önümüze gelen birifte, bizden istenenin ne olduğunu iyi anlamak tasarıma başlamanın ilk koşuludur. Yeterince açık olmayan ya da anlaşılmayan bir iş brifinde sonuç rastlantılara bağlıdır ve başarısızlığı kaçınılmazdır. Bu nedenle işi alırken isteneni iyi algılamak çok önemlidir.

Müşteri hemen her zaman en kısa zamanda en iyi işi ister.

Tasarımcılığınızın niteliğini oluşturmak için şöyle sorun kendinize; ben gerçekten tasarımcı mı olacağım yoksa salla gitsin mühim olan maaş bordosudur mu… Eğer ikinci şıkkı seçtiyseniz portfolyonuza koyacağınız işlerin, ay başlarında size uzatılacak olan zarfın kalınlığıyla ilgili olduğunu unutmayın.

Dünyanın en iyi grafik tassarımcılarından biri olan David Carson için şu hikaye anlatılır. Surf ile yoğun alakalı olan Carson eskiden bir dönemler grafik yapmıyormuş ve surf yelkeni için başkasına grafikler tasarlatmış. Fakat çıkan sonuçları görünce bu işi ben bile daha iyi yaparım deyip kendi yelkeni için birşeyler yapmış. Sonuç o kadar iyiymiş ki adam içindeki cevheri böyle farketmiş. Benzer bir hikayeye geçtiğimiz yıllarda bizzat şahit olmuştum. Bir dergi grubundaki grafikerle tanışmıştım. İşin patronu grafikerle beni tanıştırırken” asıl mesleği ciğerciliktir ama biz grafiklerini daha çok beğeniyoruz” demişti. İşlere baktım gayet şık mizanpajlardı.

Tüm tasarım dalları özel yetenekler gerektirir. Ama biryerde çalışıyorsanız veya bu işin eğitimini aldıysanız zaten bir yerdesiniz demektir. Eğer piyanist olmak istedeydiniz elinizdekilere bakmalıydınız. Grafik tasarımcı olmak için ezelden yetenekli olmanız gerekmez.

Not Güvenlik duvarı, bilgisayarınıza saldırmak amacıyla istenmeyen gelen ağ trafiğini kullanan kötü amaçlı kullanıcılar veya virüsler gibi kötü amaçlı yazılımlar tarafından gerçekleştirilen saldırılara karşı bilgisayarınızı korumanıza yardımcı olacak biçimde tasarlanmıştır.
Güvenlik duvarınızı devre dışı bırakmadan önce, bilgisayarınızın Internet de dahil tüm ağ bağlantılarını kesmelisiniz.

Güvenlik duvarı, bir özel ağa veya özel ağdan yetkisiz erişimi engelleyecek biçimde tasarlanmıştır bir sistemdir. Güvenlik duvarlarını donanım veya yazılım olarak veya ikisi bir arada kullanabilirsiniz. Trigger Nedir?

Klasik manada triggerlar veri degisiminin hemen ardından devreye giren ozel bir storeprocedure gibi yapılardır . ( insert update delete ) işlemlerinden sonra devreye girerler. Trigger mantıgında karsımıza iki adet sözde tablolar gelmekdedir ve biz bu sözde tablolar uzerinde bazı işlemlerimizi yaparız. Sözde tablolarımız inserted ve deleted tablolarımızdır .

inserted : veri eklendigi zaman insert veya update komutunun yeni eklenen verisinde .
deleted : veri silindigi zaman delete veya update komutunun eski verisinde …

triggerlar her zaman olay oldukdan sonra devreye giren yapılar degildir … sql 2000 ile hayatımıza giren Instead of türü triggerlar gercek tablo degisiklikden etkilenmeden hemen once devreye giren yapılar olarak gelmişdir .

Temel olarak iki farklı trigger cesitimiz vardır After ( for ) instead of
After ( for ) : sadece tablolar uzerinde tanımlanabilirler . for trigger ı after trigger ı ile aynıdır sadece sql server ın eski surumlerinin uyumlulugu icin kullanılır …
Instead of : triggerlar ise hem tablolar hem viewlar uzerinde tanımlanabilirler .

After trigger ı ile instead of trigger ı arasındaki en buyuk fark after trigger ı olayın olusunu kabul eder ve kendini trigger a bırakır . instead of triggerlar ise istenilen işlemi gercekleştirmez . sadece bahsettigimiz sözde tablolara inserted ve deleted kaydetmekle yetinirler .

trigger bir islem oldukdan sonra kendisini cagıran işlemi rollback ile geri cevirebilir .

Önemli Not : triggerlar truncate table komutunu gormezler bir tabloya truncate dedigimiz zaman buna baglı olan hic bir trigger bu işlemi farketmez . bunu nedeni truncate tablo log dosyasına herhangi bir iz bırakmamasındandıır ki triggerlar log yani ldf adını verdigimiz dosyadan faydalanırlar …

Önemli Not 2 : triggerlar içerisinde select cumlelerimizde hic bir seyi ifade etmez … bize result dondurmezler …

Triggerlar olusturdugumuz tabloların altında trigger klasorunde barınırlar ve database e ozeldir…

Create a Realistic Soda Bottle in Photoshop

For many, the complexity of Photoshop’s tools can be a bit intimidating. If used properly however, almost anyone can create realistic and impressive-looking graphics. In today’s tutorial we will demonstrate how to create a stylish soda bottle using some easy-to-learn techniques.

Step 1

Create a new document 600 x 800 pixels with a Resolution of 72 dpi. With the Pen tool, draw the outline of half the bottle. I recommend grabbing an image of a bottle to use as a reference. This tutorial does not use any outside images or resources but it may help to use an image of a bottle to get an idea of how the outlook will be.

Now create a selection of the path you just created by Cmd + click on the layer in the Paths palette. You can fill this selection with any color you want, depending on what kind of bottle you are creating. But in this case I filled it with #872a12.

Step 2

Now duplicate the layer by right clicking on it in the Layers palette and clicking Duplicate Layer. Take the new layer and press Cmd + T to Free Transform it. Move it over to the right side of the original layer and continue to stay in Free Transform mode. Right-click on the screen and Flip Horizontal. Press Enter to exit Free Transform. Now highlight the 2 layers and press Cmd + E to merge them together. Call this Layer Outer Bottle Shape.

Step 3

We are going to start making highlights and shadows on the bottle to give it more of a 3D look. For the top part of the bottle grab the Elliptical Marquee Tool and drag it out near the top of the bottle, as shown in the image below. Take the Burn tool and bring down the Exposure to around 20% and set the Range to Midtones. With a very soft brush start brushing the inside of the selection and create a soft line across the top of it.

Now inverse the selection by pressing Cmd + Shift + I. Take the Dodge tool with the same hardness of 0 and brush across the selection as shown in the 2nd image below. This will give the bottle a nice ridge effect. You can touch up this area by also using the Dodge tool on the other side as well.

Step 4

Start adding some highlights along the side of the bottle. First grab the Burn tool with a soft brush. Exposure set to around 20% and Range set to Midtones. Start brushing along the side of the bottle to give it a nice shadow. Take the Dodge tool with the same settings and brush on the inside of where you used the Burn tool.

Step 5

Duplicate the layer and name it Noise. Add some noise by going to Filter > Noise > Add Noise. Set the Amount to around 12%, with Gaussian and Monochromatic checked. Set the Blending Mode of this layer to Overlay and bring the Opacity down to around 15%. If you feel there is too much noise on the bottle you can take a soft Eraser brush with low Opacity and erase some of the noise away. This will give it a nice subtle textured look.

Step 6

Let’s add some liquid inside the bottle. Go back to the first layer called Outer Bottle Shape and duplicate it, call this layer Liquid. Cmd + T on the new layer to enter Free Transform mode. Hold down Alt + Shift and slightly bring down the size. Press the Down Arrow key a few times to align the Liquid layer near the bottom of the bottle.

Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool and delete the top part of the Liquid layer, as shown in the image below. Drag out the selection over the area that you want deleted and hit the Delete key.

We will now add a gradient overlay to this layer. With the Liquid layer still selected, go into the Layer Style window. To do this you can either double click on the layer or go to Layer > Layer Style > Gradient Overlay. The only settings you will need to change are the colors. Set the Blending Mode of this layer to Overlay and bring the Opacity down to around 30%.

Step 7

Create a new layer on top of the Liquid layer and name it Liquid Top. Grab the Elliptical Marquee Tool and drag it out over a small area above the liquid, as shown in the image below. Fill it with a dark color (#791c0c) and add a Gaussian Blur. Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Set the Radius to 2 pixels. Bring the Opacity down to around 70%.

Step 8

Now we’ll start creating the outter ridges of the bottle. Create a new layer called Ridge and with the Pen tool draw where you think the ridge on the bottle will be. This would be a good time to consult your reference image as to where the details and textures are. Make a selection of the path and give it a Feather of 1. Select > Modify > Feather.

Fill with a lighter color, keep the selection highlighted and grab your Burn tool. Start brushing the edges of the selection with the Burn tool but try not to overdo it. Also make a nice highlight with the Burn tool at the bottom of the selection to make it look like the ridge is sticking out. Do the same with the Dodge tool except use the brush down the middle of the selection.

To make it look like the ridge is attached to the bottle, erase the top of the selection with a very soft brush. The Opacity of the brush should be about 40%.

Step 9

Repeat Step 8 by creating more ridges along the bottle until it looks similar to the image below. If you want your layers to stay organized, you can put all of the Ridge layers into a Folder and name it Top Ridges.

Step 10

Now it’s time to create the bottom ridges of the bottle. Repeat Step 8 except in this case these ridges will extend out to the bottom of the bottle. When using the Pen tool, draw the ridge to stay consistent with the flow and shape of the bottle.

When you are done creating the highlights and shadows of the first ridge, duplicate the layer. Ctrl + T the layer and move it over to the right side of the bottle, then right-click on it and Flip Horizontal. When creating the middle ridge, use a soft Eraser brush with low opacity to erase away the bottom of the layer.

Step 11

Now add some more glare and highlights to the bottle. Duplicate the Outter Bottle Shape layer and call it Highlights. Take your Dodge tool and raise the Exposure to about 25% or 30% with a soft brush. Start painting the bottle down the middle and a bit on the sides. Now take the Burn tool and do the same thing around the sides and bottom of the bottle.

Step 12

Now it’s time to create the cap for the bottle. Create a new layer called Cap. Use the Pen tool to draw out a selection on top of the bottle. Fill the selection with a red color, I used #ce1831.

To create the small ridges in the cap use the Dodge and Burn tools. With the Dodge tool selected use a very small brush with a Hardness of about 20% and create the outter ridges of the cap, shown in image below. Do the same thing with the Burn tool to create the small inner ridges.

Take the Dodge tool and create a very soft highlight on top of the cap. Create a new layer under the Cap layer and name it Shadow. Take the Brush tool with a color of Black and hardness of 0. Paint in behind the cap and turn down the opacity to about 70%.

Step 13a

Now it’s time to create the condensation (bubbles). To do this, we will create a new brush preset. Create a new document 300 x 300 pixels with a Resolution of 72. Create a new layer and call it Bubble. With the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a circle the size of the document. Remember to hold down shift when creating the circle to make it perfect. Fill the selection with white.

Let’s apply a few Layer Styles to this Bubble layer. Layer > Layer Style > Gradient Overlay and add the following settings in the image below. When you are applying the Gradient Overlay take the cursor over the Bubble image and move the gradient to the upper left area of the bubble.

Then add an Inner Glow layer style with the same settings as the image below.

Step 13b

On the Layer Palette, right-click on the Effects of the Bubble layer and choose Create Layers (a). This will turn the Layer Styles to Layers. Then select all of the layers (b) and merge them together by pressing Ctrl + E (c).

Step 13c

Now we’re going to change how the bubble looks. Go to Image > Adjustments > Curves and change the settings similar to the image below. Once you have applied the Curves to the Bubble layer go to Image > Adjustments > Invert.

To turn this Bubble layer into a Brush Preset, go to Edit > Define Brush Preset and name it Bubble.

Step 14

Now go back to your original document and select your new Bubble Brush that you have just created. Create a new layer and use a small brush size of around 10 pixels and a color of white. Start brushing in the bubbles onto the bottle. Try not to make all of the bubbles the same size. Use the ‘ [ ' and ' ] ‘ keys to quickly change the size of the brush.

Now take the Smudge tool with a Strength of around 25% and start brushing away some of the bubbles. This will give the bubbles a cool drip effect.

When you are done, set the Blending Mode to Overlay and duplicate the layer. Set the new layer’s Blending Mode to Normal and bring back the Opacity to about 33%.

Step 15a

Now it’s time to add a label. I created a custom label but you can use whatever you want. Make sure the label is approximately the same size as the middle indented area of the bottle.

Step 15b

Click on the Label layer and go to Edit > Transform > Warp. Bring back the Opacity of the layer to about 50% so you can see the bottle. Grab each corner of the Warp window and bring it in, adjust it until the label fits perfectly onto the bottle.

Once the label is nicely fitted to the bottle use the Burn and Dodge tools to give the label some nice highlights and shadows.

Step 16

For the background I just used a simple gradient of dark to light blue.

Step 17a

Finally, I added a reflection to the bottom of the image. Duplicate the Outer Bottle Shape layer and bring it to the bottom on the layers palette. Rename this layer Reflection. Press Cmd + T and right-click on it, Flip Vertical. Press the Down Arrow keys until it is placed just underneath the bottle image and press Enter to exit Free Transform.

Now take the Eraser tool with a soft brush and erase away some of the edges. Turn down the opacity to around 60%

Step 17b

Next make a new layer above the Reflection layer and name it Reflection Blur. Take the Polygonal Lasso Tool and create a quick shape around the bottom of the bottle, shown in the image below. Ctrl + D to Deselect it and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Give it a Radius of 12 pixels and set the Blending Mode to Overlay and set the Opacity to about 50%.

Conclusion

The more you use tools like Pen, Dodge, and Burn the better you’ll become with them. Hopefully this tutorial has given you some practice and has inspired you to create different types of objects using similar styles and techniques.

Q Welcome to Psdtuts+, please introduce yourself. Could you tell us where you’re from and how you got started in the field?

Hello there. My name is Dimo Trifonov and I am currently living and working in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. I have been working in the arts for a long time. I got started in the arts when I was around 12 or 13 years old by doing graffiti, music, and traditional art. When I was 15, a friend of mine gave me Adobe Photoshop 6 and everything began to take shape. I started out doing dumb things like liquifying my friends’ photos and stuff like that and eventually this became my job.

Q From your illustrations we can see that simplicity is key for you. Why did you decide to go with this style for your art?

I choose to be short when I speak visually. The world is complicated enough, I don’t want to complicate it more. A simple shape or color can say the same thing as whole painting full of objects and colors, but it’s important how you use them. Also, I like the air, I like empty spaces they give me freedom and peace of mind. Think of it like a room full of people and you can’t even take a breath…and now think of an empty room only for you and you have all the air in it just for you …I think it’s way more comfortable. This is my design/art.

No Justice Left

Q Are you a self taught designer or did you attend school to learn graphic design? Which route do you think is the best to take for the young designers out there?

Ha-ha, well, actually I am almost 20 years old, so I may not be the best person to give tips to the young generation, but I don’t think school is necessary. You can learn from anything and everyone without paying huge amounts of money with the hope that you may one day will become a great designer or artist.

It’s important to learn from yourself. I just finished school last year and have thought about going to a University because it is good for your CV, but that is the only reason I am considering it. Either way, you can always learn more if you have the time and money. If you are already a great designer, maybe you can focus on something else that will make your designs better maybe philosophy? Who knows?

Q Along with your simplistic illustrations you also make very amusing posters like “Good Morning” and “Important Objects“. How do you go about getting your ideas out with these posters?

Thank you. Well both ideas were born in the morning while I was having my cup of coffee. The Good Morning piece took me just 20mins of work but the idea took me just a moment. I was looking at my cup and I was reading a brief and I saw my iMac and I thought it will be nice to visualize my morning and that was easy because of just a flip of an object I visualize 3 different object. I think those series of posters are my best so far.

About the other piece, Important Things, well I just decided to capture the objects I use most and that are important to my daily life. I can live without them but it will not be comfortable to me. And well they are just soulless objects.

Good Morning

Q “Yesterday” is a great simplistic abstract illustration you made. Please talk about the inspiration for this piece and how you went about making it.

MTV had a contest on the Behance network, the theme was Time. So I decide to submit something. The piece visualized my yesterday, when I saw a girl with amazing green eyes look at me. All I wanted is just to hit the pause button and then rewind the same moment again and again. That’s why I made this rainbow color line, it represents the timeline and its cold colors and warm colors and the hand is trying to stop the time on the warm one while it’s melting from desire to touch the girl. I know it’s cheesy but those things don’t happen to me daily so I wanted to capture the feeling.

Yesterday

Q As a designer what would you say is your favorite piece of art? Classical or Modern, and why?

I don’t have a favorite piece of art. Stupid or not I don’t have one. I can’t close my self in one thing. There is so much art around us and everything is charming in its own way. However, I am more of a vintage addict. I found those 70s and 80s designs very attractive, stylish and perfect. I mean all aspects of design from graphic design to industrial design. Back in those days there were people who really understood their jobs. Today 60-70% of design in not well made which is not good for the young generation or for the clients. Good design is never trapped in time, good design is forever.

It’s Just There

Q Please talk about your design studio Nufabric and what projects you are currently involved in or will be doing in the near future.

Studio Nufabric was an idea I started with some mates that consists of Me, Nikolay and Kaloyan. We’ve had very positive responses about our work but in Bulgaria it’s hard to make something that will not target the mass. So we decide to stop the project for now with hope we could really open a studio one day not just a web portfolio.

How to Create a Nuclear Disaster Landscape – Basix

As designers we are often asked to create fictitious landscapes for whatever project we are working on. Creating an image such as this usually takes a combination of careful image selection and knowledge of Photoshop’s tools and techniques. In today’s tutorial we will demonstrate how to create a nuclear disaster landscape using a dozen or stock photos.

Resources

The following images and resources were used in this tutorial. They can be seen in the image below.

Step 1 – Adjust the Background

First, Open of the Road image.

Use a gradient map by going to Layer > Adjustement Layer > Gradient Map to darken this photo a bit. Use the settings below:

The resulting image should look something like this.

Step 2 – Add the Car

Now, open the Car Stock Image and copy and paste it into your working document. Name the layer “Car.” Use any method to remove the Car/Truck from its background.

At this point we also need to adjust the “Car” layer’s Brightness/Contrast. Go to Image > Adjust > Brightness/Contrast and set to -10/+5.

Step 3 – Add a Shadow Under the Car

To create a shadow for the car, Duplicate the “Car” layer and place the layer under the “Car” layer. Name the new layer “Shadow Car.” Cmd-click to select the pixels of the “Shadow Car” layer and fill it with black by going to Edit > Fill > Black with 100% Opacity. Set this layer’s blending mode to Soft Light and move it slightly under the car as shown.

Step 4 – Adjust the Car Windows

In this step we will make sure that we can see the background through the windows of the car. To do this, take the Rectangular Marquee tool and make a selection of the background layer directly behind the windows. If you need to, feel free to lower the opacity of the Truck to ensure that you are selecting the right spot. Paste this selection directly above the “Car” layer and hide it.

Make a selection of the windows of the car as shown below. Once your selection has been made unhide the selection of the background that you just made, make an inverse selection of the windows and press Delete. This should remove the excess area from your new windows.

Step 5 – Add a Skeleton Inside the Car

To add the skeleton, extract it from its background and then copy and paste the end result into your working document. Resize and position it as shown below. Place it above the “Car” Layer and Delete the excess areas. Lower the Opacity a bit and name this layer “Skeleton.”

Step 6 – Add a Pool of Gasoline

Paste the Gasoline photo into your working document. Resize, position and transform as shown below. Use a soft brush to erase the parts that you do not need. Now adjust the Brightness/Contrast. Name this layer “Pool of Oil.”

Step 7 – Add the Dead End Sign

Paste the Dead End Sign into your working document and extract it from its background. Place it as shown below. Use the Burn Tool to darken the right side of the sign. Name this layer “Panel.”

Step 8 – Add a Skull Heap

Paste the Skull Heap image into the document. Extract it from its background as shown below, flip, and position it appropriately. Use the Burn tool to darken it a bit and name the layer “Skull Heap.”

Step 9 – Add Shadowing Under the Skull Heap

Add a shadow to the heap using the same technique that we used in Step 3. Name the shadow layer “Shadow Heap.”

Step 10 – Add Cracks to Road

We want our road to look a bit less pristine. To break up the pavement we will use these Brushes. Select a black brush and place a crack as shown below.

Step 11 – Add Color and Contrast

To add some color to add a new adjustment layer by going to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance > -15/+10/+10.

Now add some Contrast by going to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast > 0/+15.

Step 12 – Add a Nuke

Copy and Paste the Nuclear Missile into your working document and extract it from its background as best as you can. Resize and place it as shown below. Name this layer “Nuke.”

Step 13 – Add an Explosion Under the Nuke

Now copy and paste the Explosion photo into your working document. Use a soft eraser to remove the unwanted areas of the explosion and place it as shown below. Name this layer “Explosion.”

Step 14 – Add the Shockwaves

As you know an explosion would cause some shockwaves. You can add the shockwaves by copy and pasting a photo with some nice waves into the document and by erasing the unwanted areas. First do this on the left side and then do it on the right as well. Name each side “Left Water” and “Right Water” respectively.

Step 15 – Adjust the Shockwaves

Adjust the color of the waves using the Color Balance Adjustment under Image > Adjust > Color Balance and set to +19/-16/-8. Do the same for the "Right Water" layer.

Step 16 – Add a Nuclear Reactor

Now extract the Reactor from its background and paste it into place. Name it “Nuclear Reactor.”

Step 17 – Adjust Shading on Reactor

Use the settings below to adjust the lighting of the reactor using the Burn and Dodge tool.

Step 18 – Add Cracks on the Nuclear Reactor and Darken Vegetation

Using the same technique you used in Step 10, use the crack brushes that you downloaded earlier to apply some cracks to the reactor.

Now grab a black brush, lower the opacity to 76% and change the brushes blending mode to Color. Use the brush to darken the vegetation.

Step 19 – Add Lights and Smoke to the Roof

Find a photo of fire similar to the one placed on the roof below. Use a soft eraser to remove unneeded areas.

Next go to Filter > Distort > Motion Blur > set the Angle in the direction of your fire (in my case > 0), and the Distance to 24.

Next, take the Eraser Tool (E) and use a soft brush with low Opacity to erase all except the source of light, like this :

Name this layer "Roof Light 1", duplicate it, then go in Filter > Distort > Motion Blur, same Angle as before, but this time enter a Distance of 144. Replace it and lower the Opacity to 70%.

Duplicate “Roof Light 1” and name the new layer "Roof Light 2", set Opacity to 100%, place it next to “Roof Light 1” as shown.

Step 20 – Add Lights and Smoke on the Hood and Bumper

Use the same technique outlined in Step 19 to place some lights on the hood and bumper as shown below.

Step 21 – Add the Plane

Copy and paste the plane photo into your working document and extract it from its background. Resize the image and place it as shown below. Now apply a Brightness/Contrast adjustment to this layer using the following settings -20/+10.

Apply some shading to the plane using the Burn and Dodge Tools. Name this layer “Plane.”

Step 22 – Add Flames to the Plane

On a new layer, brush a strong yellow color using a soft brush over the smoke. Lower the Opacity to 36%. Name the new layer “Flames Plane.”

Step 23 – Add Nuclear Detonation

Create a new layer and fill it with black. Name the new layer “Halo,” and set the opacity to 40% . No go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare and use the settings below.

Step 24 – Touch Up the Detonation

Take a large soft white brush and paint over the flare that we created in Step 23.

Step 25 – Darken the Edges

To darken the edges of the image create a new Levels Adjustment by going to Layer > Levels. Use the settings below. After that add a layer mask to the adjustment layer and take a soft black brush and paint the middle as shown. Set the layer’s opacity to 66% and its blending mode to Soft Light.

Step 26 – Add Grungy Effect

Now let’s add a layer of grunge to our composition. To do this, find a grungy texture and place it on the topmost layer. Set it to Overlay and lower the opacity to 10%. Name it “Grungy.”

Step 27 – Final Adjustment

Now add one last final adjustment layer. Go to Layer > Adjustment Layer > Color Balance and set to -10/5/+10.
